We want your day to be special and memorable. Our events team are always happy to answer any queries you may have but we’ve put together answers to the most frequently asked questions below.

All of our couples will have access to the hall on the day before their Wedding (subject to availability).
This will allow you to add your personal effects such as place names, wedding favours, guest book, table plan, post box for cards etc.
Your suppliers will be able to access the hall for any deliveries of flowers, cakes, chair covers at a pre arranged time
Rodbaston Hall is hired on an a fully exclusive basis however a few restrictions apply if your wedding takes place monday – friday.
You are welcome to leave items at the hall overnight but we ask that no items of value are left.
You will be advised at your final planning meeting of the collection time and contact details of our caretaker.
There is ample free parking in our main visitor car park, guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight but do so at your own risk. We also have several disabled spaces adjacent to the hall if required.
Couples are welcome to place any signage along the drive or in the grounds to direct their guests to the hall but we would request that this is removed as soon as possible the day after the wedding.
For your Civil Ceremony and Wedding Breakfast we would recommend that you invite no more than 120 for a sit down meal and 140 for a buffet. Our maximum limit for the Evening party is 175.
We have 3 high chairs available should you require them.
For your Ceremony and Wedding breakfast we can play CD’s or iPods through our music system.
For any live performers such as string quartets, bands etc we require a copy of their public liability insurance and a current electrical PAT test certificate. Copies must be received no later than a month beforehand.
If your photographer isn’t familiar with our venue they are welcome to visit. Just ask them to contact our events team on 01785 710509 to arrange this.
Your photographer must check with the Registrar on duty for your Ceremony as to where they would like the photographer to be positioned during the ceremony
This is a role normally carried out by the best man or an usher, our event manager or the catering manager will be happy to guide the chosen person as to when & where to make announcements , alternatively they will be able to help out with this role
We allow confetti to be thrown outside only. As we have a large number of animals in our gardens and grounds the edible/bio-degradable is preferred but other types are allowed.

Please be aware that the bar is a cash only bar unless card arrangements have been made with the caterers.
The bar is only licensed until 12.30am.
Firework are permitted in a specific area of the grounds. Contractors need to hold public liability insurance and belong to a certified pyrotechnics company.

Rodbaston Hall require a non refundable deposit of £500.00 to secure your booking, upon receipt of deposit your booking will be formally confirmed in writing. The remaining balance will be invoiced 2 months before your wedding with payment due on receipt. All other suppliers will invoice you directly.
