FAQs – Coronavirus
Rodbaston Hall is currently open for viewings and can cater for weddings of up to 120 day guests and 175 evening guests. We are also able to offer virtual wedding viewings of our venue if customers do not want to come into the venue. We will keep our visitors up to date with further information about Rodbaston Hall via our website and social media platforms.
Rodbaston Hall is following advice from Public Health England, and ensuring plans are in place to act quickly to any changes that are made by the government. Our aim is to minimize the amount of interruption to our guests and visitors but to predominantly make sure that the health and safety of our staff and visitors is paramount.
We would like to remind everyone about the importance of good, personal hygiene and more specifically to encourage thorough and frequent handwashing.
The venue has been risk assessed and new elements such as one-way systems around the venue, hand sanitizing stations and optional face coverings have been implemented.
If we feel that there is not enough staff to support the successful delivery of an event or wedding due to staff sickness or self-isolation, then we will be forced to cancel or postpone the event or wedding to a later date.
We will not take this decision lightly but the health and wellbeing of our staff and guests is of the highest priority and so should this be the case we will endeavor to advise you with as much advance notice that is reasonably practical.
If the government advises a change to the current situation, then we will communicate our plans with all our visitors via email and social media platforms. This is also the same stance if, we as a business, decide that for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and visitors, Rodbaston Hall should close.
Should you wish to postpone your event or wedding for a later date then we will honour this and not charge a cancellation fee providing that your wedding or event continues to go ahead at our venue.
