Theatre Style

This is the easiest layout for a large group of delegates, it is quite similar to seating in theatres and cinemas and uses the whole space to its maximum capacity.

The chairs are set out in formal rows normally with a central aisle for easy access and its very popular for product launches, presentations or large meetings.

Classroom or Herringbone Classroom Style

This style comprises of straight rows of individual tables with 2 or 3 chairs at each table .

It allows for all delegates to be forward facing and have work space if required.

This style is often used for training days and written tests

Herringbone classroom style is so called when the tables are angled this allows all delegates to be able to hold discussions more easily than when in straight rows.

Boardroom Style

This style allows for a centrally located table which allows for easy debate or discussion and is popular with annual general meetings.

U Shape

This style provides seating around three sides of the room which is good for presentations at the front of the room and is conducive for general discussions

Cabaret Style

This style seats delegates on round tables but all front facing.
It is quite popular for presentations and ideal for small working groups.
